Buyer

Buyer must be at least 18 years old or underaged must have guardians approval to buy. We deliver webshop orders to Finland and to Europe. You can always contact us by phone or email. Sales outside Europe can be made by separate contract.

Ordering from webshop

Ordering from our webshop is simple and easy. Add the product you want to the shopping cart. You can remove and change items before paying or cancelling the order. You can only add stocked product to the shopping cart. If an item is not in stock you can contact us and ask for delivery time.

We sell alot of special products which many have different technical variatons, because of that not nearly all products shown in the webshop are available for purchase through the webshop. In cases like these contact our sales. Delivery time for special products also needs to be checked from our suppliers.

Times of service

Our webshop is open 24/7/365. Questions about orders and quotes we answer between 8.00 - 16.00. Please notice and consider Finnish bank holidays. 

Pricing

Prices shown by default in our webshop contain VAT but you can choose to exclude VAT from dropdown menu on top of the page. Prices dont include shipping costs. Also shippping from our suppliers might be added to your order in some cases. SET Promotion Oy keeps right to change pricing without further notice.

Stock levels

Stock values in webshop shows availability for webshop orders. If you need a product that is out of stock please contact us by email or phone.

Product usage and installation 

Installing and using product requires skills. Please read informtion provided with products prior use or contact a professional.

Shipping

Products ordered from webshop are delivered by Finnish post or DHL. In shopping cart you can see shipping costs for your order. SET Promotion Oy keeps right to change shipping pricing without further notice.

Shipping times

Products that are in stock are usually shipped within 24 hours from receiving the order in some cases it might take a bit longer. Shipping times differ from shipping company to shipping company. SET Promotion Oy is not liable for delays caused by force major reasons such as strikes, natural events, diseases and etc. 

Problematic situations

If any problems arises considering order/shipping please contact our sales to find a solution. Orders are only registered to us after payment so if any problems occur before payment you can just empty your shopping cart and start again.

Shipping and returns 

Always check condition of your package when receiving it. Possible shipping damage needs to be primarily addressed to shipping company. Before opening the product check that it resembles the ordered product. Almost all products have 14 day return policy. Always contact our sales before returning products info@setpromotion.com . If product is returned it needs to be intact and un-used. Products ordered specially for you have no return or refund policy, because these product are made to fit your special specifications.  Return payment is made to same payment method as original payment. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Customer pays return shipping.
